We are the forging manufacturing division of K.K. GROUP and commenced our business in 1997. We have complete in-house setup for CAD- Die Development Tool Room, Cutting, Press & Hammer Forging, Heat Treatment, Finishing, CNC Machining, etc., the annual production capacity is about 8000 MT.
We specialise Closed Die Forgings and consistently benchmark good quality standards and processes. The customized forgings manufactured, are inputs for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) & Tier 1 companies like Holland, TATA- Cummins, Robert Bosch, Honda, Hero Honda, Caterpillar etc.
Currently, we are ISO 9001: 2008, NSIC certified. Integrated Management System training, implementation, and certification is in progress and is expected to be completed by August 2012 for TS, OHSAS, ISO 18001 certification.
